What is an irregular period?
A normal menstrual cycle lasts 28 days, plus or minus seven days. Menstrual bleeding is considered irregular if it occurs more frequently than every 21 days or lasts longer than 8 days. Missed, early, or late periods are also considered signs of an irregular cycle.
Reasons for Irregular Periods:
Having irregular periods is not uncommon. The main cause for missing your period is the pregnancy. So if you miss your periods any month, you got to check whether its hormonal problem or it’s the baby on the way. There could be many reasons for irregular periods ranging from bad lifestyle habits to something that requires treatment. GINGER

Aloe Vera
