How teens are managing stress and anxiety?
On Thursday, November 18, OPB’s daily radio show, “ Think Out Loud ™” will host a live, virtual conversation about how Coronovirus-19 and other stressors are impacting the well-being of youthful people. The event is presented in cooperation with Call to Mind — American Public Media’s internal health action as part of the Well Beings Youth Mental Health Project and its Well Beings Tour. The stint is a public design led by the public media association WETA addressing youth internal health requirements.
As preceptors struggle to maintain safe literacy surroundings, numerous of the emotional goods of the wide loiter. And for some, the stress of query is compounded by the overwhelm of the return to in-person literacy and the weight of academic prospects. We ask what’s making them feel anxious, how they deal with it, and how the individuals and institutions in their lives can support their resilience.
Audience members for this virtual event will have the opportunity to submit written questions and comments for the guests. The event is going to be recorded for broadcast on OPB Radio at a later date.
